Beatriz Cunha

 

Born in Lisbon in 1959

Studied history at The New University of Lisbon and Contemporary Jewelry

at AR.CO.(Lisbon Art School) 
In the nineties she began her approach to sculpture, exploring techniques and materials, developing her artistic language independently. Experimentation, is fundamental in the design of her works, leading to the creation of structures that require discipline and technical precision. She sees art as an ongoing process and expression as an integral part of her life.

She’s a Member of the Fine Arts National Society-SNBA and the Portuguese Authors Society-SPA.
